Car Accident 170709

with 6 comments

That was my first car accident after driving for almost five years. It was a bumper-to-bumper accident involving a Comfort taxi which cost me almost $7,940 in insurance claims.

It was a horrible experience for me. Till today, I do not really know what I could have done to avoid the ridiculous claims.

I’m republishing this entry because a lot of people were confused about what really happened. This entry (delivered in a time-line format) serves as an unbiased and factual report documenting my experience, with the sole purpose of informing my fellow motorists out there.

Front-to-rear collision with taxi. My mistake. Photos were taken, nobody was visibly injured and reports were filed the next day. The only visible damage to the taxi was a cracked bumper sensor.
