Garmin Nuvi 205

Two excuses I have always given myself, not to get a GPS system.

1. Singapore’s so small, I don’t need one.

2. Even if I can’t find my way, Jessie’s my GPS.

A month ago, I got lost. Jessie wasn’t by my side. I ended up going round in circles, looking for that damned place. By the time I reached (a 15 minute trip became an hour’s drive), I was so effing mad I vowed to get a GPS system.

I chanced upon a Garmin stall at Expo Hall 5 today and decided to buy the cheapest of all Garmin GPS, the Nuvi 205 series. It was selling for $199 with a one-year warranty and a screen protector. The guy even threw in a Garmin polo tee so that I can wear it and show the whole world how bad I suck at directions.

So far it’s pretty easy to use!

I’ve been using the Nuvi for a while now. So far it’s still good and I’m really happy with it.

  3. Elgene : =D If it gets the job done fast, why not?!

Timothy : True right? You don’t wear a “Yun Nam Hair-loss Solutions” polo tee and walk about town.
